Return Policy
- If we have sent you an incorrect item by mistake, please send it back to us with original packaging within 30 days for full credit refund.
- If you no longer need the item or had a change of mind and wish to return it to us, please do so within 7 working days of receipt and we will provide credit refund for the item(s). Please note the freight charge will not be refunded.
- If you no longer need the item or had a change of mind and the item has been returned to us after more than 7 working days from receipt, 20% restocking fee will be applicable.
- Please note returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery date or without the original packaging
- Purchased parts will have 90 days of warranty
Damaged Goods
- If you have received damaged or faulty goods, please make sure to inform our team within 24 hours of receipt and we will send a replacement.
- Please ensure that you do not throw away any original packaging as they are necessary for us to claim the damage from the courier company.
